In addition, after clearing up some issues with the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals), the Upper Deck Company will now begin transporting the tigers and bears to their new owners. The Loot cards will start shipping out this week. Winners can expect to receive their Loot card this week or next. The address that the winners provided to the TO of their Spectral Safari event is the address that the Loot card will be sent to.
